Introduction
8D is a problem-solving methodology for product or process improvement in both manufacturing and service environment. It is structured into eight disciplines, emphasizing team synergy.
Each discipline is supported by a checklist of assessment questions, such as “what is wrong with what”, “what, when, where, how much” Learn this approach systematically, discipline by discipline using multiple selective of tools categorized by each discipline to help participants approach and solve the real scenario.
The output of an 8D process is an 8D report. Therefore, it is also being used as a communication format to report an investigation into the incidence. 8D also allows proper documentation of the problem solving process for future guidance & reference.

By the end of the training, participants would be able to:

- Practicing the methodology & applicable tools in classroom
- Use the software during classroom exercises
- Immediate work-out on one quality incidence
Duration
1 day (9.00am to 5.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.
