Introduction

Employees are hidden treasures. So if we did not use their total participation and involvement to help improve their own work areas, it is a waste of talent. Quality improvement, conducive and safe workplace, process improvement: these are small focused improvement where many organizations have found that their employees can contribute significantly. They also found ideas that generated internally by them have higher chance of success because of direct experience and ownership. Through participation and involvement too, employees felt respected, responsible and part of the solution.

Therefore 7QC tools is the avenue for us to develop them and extract in return benefits through this team improvement activity. We play an important role to nurture and support their growth. Learning Objective

By the end of the training, participants would be able to:

  1. Explain definition of Innovative (ICC) & Creative Circle or Quality Control Circle (QCC)
  2. Identify the right project for ICC deployment
  3. Understand the PDCA cycle in using 7QC tools in problem solving steps
  4. Apply and use the right 7QC tools in each problem solving steps
  5. Lead successful improvement projects

Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.

  2. Purpose of QCC
  3. QCC 7 Problem Solving Steps and 7 QC Tools
  4. Problem solving with appropriate data analysis and charting
  5. Understanding of analyzed data and improvement initiation
  6. Root cause identification, analysis and improvement
  7. Sustain the improvement

Training Certificate

Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who fully participated the training and satisfied the attendance requirements.
