Introduction
Management System improvement partially depends on effective internal audit. This training is designed to provide participant relevant skills and knowledge to assess and report the level of conformity and level of effectiveness implementation of a combined QMS and EMS process. This is a highly interactive training program. You are required to roll the sleeves and put your hands on to exercise throughout the training so that the knowledge can carved into your mind.
Learning Objective
By the end of the training, participants would be able to:
- Describe the responsibilities of an internal auditor
- Describe the purpose of internal audit in the maintenance and improvement of management systems
- Effective planning, prepare, conduct and reporting internal audit.
Write factual audit reports that help to improve the effectiveness of the management system - Follow up corrective action for improvement purpose
Duration
3 days (9.00am to 5.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.
Methodology
Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.
