Food Safety Trainings
This training is designed a joint program with SLPM Hygiene Concept, a MoH registered Food Handler Training School.
FOOD ACT 1983 FOOD HYGIENE REGULATIONS 2009 30. (1) specify that “All food handlers shall undergo a food handlers training in, and obtain a Certificate of Food Handlers Training from, an institution specified by the Director.” This is a training program to addressed such requirement. This is a joint program with SLPM Hygiene Concept, a MoH registered Food Handler Training School.
By the end of the training, participants would be able to:
- Fulfill the FOOD ACT 1983 FOOD HYGIENE REGULATIONS 2009
- Develop basic food safety practices that stipulated by the MoH
- Develop basic awareness of the Food Rules and Regulations
3 hours or duration proposed at quotation.
Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.

Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who fully participated the training and satisfied the attendance requirements.
