Introduction

FSSC 22000 v5 is developed to harmonize various requirement of food safety management for businesses within the food chain globally. It covers the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 and Prerequisite program requirements found in ISO/TS 22001.

The application of the food safety management system is based on 7 HACCP principles and 12 application steps developed by Codex Alimentarius, which helps an organization in preventing all potential food hazards (biological, chemical and physical) from crosscontamination to their food products.

Learning Objective

By the end of the training, participants would be able to:

  1. Understanding basic structure FSSC 22000 FSMS
  2. Application of knowledge in the development and implementation of FSSC 22000 system throughout the organization’s food process

Duration

2 days (9.00am to 5.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.

Methodology

Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.

Target Participants
