ISO 9001:2015: 2015 requirement was revised in September 2015. All currently QMS certified organization shall upgrade their management system in compliance to 2015 version by September 2018 so that their certification can maintain continual international recognition. Gap analysis of their present management system against ISO 9001:2015 requirement is a critical process to determine their next action plan towards new standard requirement compliance. This is a short but precise training program to ensure an organization can effectively complete this critical exercise.

Learning Objective

By the end of the training, participants would be able to:

  1. Describe the ISO 9001: 2015 requirement with aids provided
  2. Describe a proper approach to conduct gap analysis
  3. Describe the process to determine the gap and reporting these gap
  4. Determine action plan to address the gap

Duration

2 days (9.00am to 5.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.

Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.
