The need for immediate training and guidance upon promotion or transfer is critical to facilitate the transition and enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.

Learning Objective

The Management Development Program is meant for newly promoted or reassigned Managers to acquire managerial skills . The program will guide the trainer and participant through an on-the-job training experience in the skills, knowledge and attitudes required of managers performing specific assignments.

At the end of the training, participants will be able to understand their role as a good manager, their strength and weakness, abilities, personal attributes, and the knowledge they should have in order to play their role effectively.

Duration

2 days (9.00am to 5.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.

Methodology

Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.
