Learning Objective

By the end of the training, participants would be able to:

  1. Understand the supervisor authority, role and responsibility
  2. Understand suitable approach to setting challenging and motivating goals for their subordinate
  3. Develop skills in listening, asking questions, resolving conflict, and giving feedback to their subordinate
  4. Apply suitable approach for giving employees clear instructions
  5. Employ appropriate strategies to deal with personnel challenges such as hostility, complaints, and laziness
  6. Understand the importance of developing good relationships with subordinate and peers

Duration

2 days (9.00am to 5.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.

Methodology

Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.
