Introduction
AS9100 Rev D was introduced in September 2016. The rules dictate that all current certified AS9100 Rev C organization are subject to audit base on 9101:2016 audit process wef June 2017. This training is a critical first step for any organization top management to gain overall idea of the purpose of change, their critical roles in the process of changes, effective approach to garner the change and position themselves to better market advantage, overview of the changes, and discussion of effective approach to manage the change until successful achievement of transition.
Learning Objective
The participant can expect that they can effectively identify and discuss the requirements of the standard, and support the team to transit to the latest version of AS9100 standard.
By the end of the training, participants would be able to:
- Demonstrate your organization’s readiness in the aerospace and defense sector QMS new requirements
- Allocate the resources needed for the implementation and development of the new revision
- Understand the leadership involvement by engaging in the processes development and implementation
Duration
0.5 day (9.00am to 1.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.

Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.
