Introduction
Management System improvement partially depends on effective internal audit. This training is designed to provide participant relevant skills and knowledge to assess and report the level of conformity and level of effectiveness implementation of a quality management system (QMS) with particular focus on regulatory compliance system (RCS) ISO 13485. This is a highly interactive training program. You are required to roll the sleeves and put your hands on to exercise throughout the training so that the knowledge can carved into your mind with good application of Risk Based Thinking, PDCA and process approach concept.
Learning Objective
By the end of the training, participants would be able to:
- Understand audit process, and the application of process approach, PDCA & risk-based approach in the audit process.
- Perform internal audits and external audits.
Duration
2 days (9.00am to 5.00pm) or duration proposed at quotation.
Methodology
Training session includes classroom lecture, exercises, group work and discussion.
