EnMS ISO 50001 is an international standard requirement with guidance for use relevant to Energy Management Systems. The standard intend to helps businesses continually improve their energy consumption efficiency. It further help cost reduction in doing business and improve risk management. The standard was revised in 2018 to replace 2011 version.
Learning Objective
By the end of the training, participants would be able to:
- Understand the changes to the new ISO 50001:2018 standard
- Analyze any needs of change to current EnMS to address the revised requirements
- Determine a suitable approach to effective transition to fulfill ISO 50001:2018 certification
